An exciting NEW offering from Bruichladdich that's Lusty and In Your Face. 

 

The Infinity has a very dramatic style. It's matured in sweet sherry casks and bottled at 55.5% alcohol so this Scotch has a lot of flavor.  Aromas of cream sherry, chocolate covered raisins, dark cherries, dates and molasses, all framed with a rich oakiness.  It's massive and warm on the palate with sweet malt, sherry, chocolate orange, lemon and caraway seed.
