A fabulous nose of balsamic, cherries, violets, lilies, grilled meats and a hint of VA - truly elegant and classy.  Quite evolved in the mouth – some tannins are present, but they are softening nicely, and there’s an engaging earthy character with typical mouth-watering Trévallon acidity. This wine has lovely structure, and the component parts are really beginning to knit together. Whilst drinking quite well now, it certainly has the stuffing to age and evolve gracefully for at least another 10 years.
