Cassoulet is a traditional Southwestern French dinner and
probably one of the most iconic of France.
For almost 800 years the French have enjoyed Cassoulet and the ingredients can vary.
We will be featuring what is considered the more traditional recipe made with
Toulouse Sausage, Pork Belly and Duck Leg Confit.
To-Go containers will be available because cassoulet is even better the next day!
