Brilliant pale colour with golden hints. Intense and mineral bouquet revealing white peach and dried apricot. Refreshing mouthfeel, with citrus fruit, dry fruits and menthol.

Pair with delicate and fine dishes like foie gras, a poultry with truffles, lobster or creamy fish. Try it with the "Thanksgiving" turkey !
