Producer's Notes: The nose is intense and dominated by very ripe yellow fruit such as peaches and apricot.  In the mouth, the wine is round, crisp and displays elements of candied fruit and even smokiness. An aperitif wine “par excellence”, our Pinot Gris 2014 Grand Cru Eichberg may be enjoyed with foie gras, lobster, poultry stuffed with figs or with spicier dishes.
