Essentially a winemakers’ wine, it is all about the blend and vineyards sites where each grape variety grows best.  41% Chenin Blanc, 18% Grenache Blanc, 17% Chardonnay, 14% Viognier, and 10% Roussanne. No added yeast & 8 months lees contact in a variety of vessels give lots of complexity. This fruit driven wine offers intriguing floral aromas mingle with honey, white peach, pear and citrus. The palate shows crisp minerality and stone fruit; the finish is subtle and lingering with light oak.
