Wine Spectator: 91 Points “An elegant Champagne, with a delicate, creamy mousse and a subtle mesh of apple, white cherry, marzipan and biscuit notes, underscored by a streak of smoky minerality that lingers on the finish.”
Producer's Notes: Wonderful color, golden and bright, with a bouquet of acacia and honey. Rich and generous on the palate with an aromatic freshness. Especially well-balanced, this powerful yet finesse-driven Champagne is excellent as an aperitif (with equally sparkling conversation!), as well as an outstanding complement to seafood, fish and a broad range of appetizers. A very special and gracious wine to offer your treasured friends and family.
