Pedro Ximeniz Sherry is part of the classic collection of Kavalan whisky. Honey gold in color, aging in PX sherry casks brings out unique and special characters and flavors, with the classic yet distinctive fruity, nutty and chocolate aromas. Fruit-driven and warm, with an exciting combination of classical PX sherry characters and sub-tropical maturation in the heat of Taiwan, i.e. smooth and mellow. The juicy raisin and honey syrup lingers persistently in the mouth.
