This 15-Year bottling is the firm's oldest to date, crafted from individual barrels that stand out even among a private reserve of exclusively premium bourbon. No two barrels are the same. This bourbon was distilled from a mash bill of 74% Corn, 18% Rye, and 8% Malted Barley before spending 15 years in oak with a #4 Char.

Distiller's notes:

Color: dark amber with bright copper highlights

Nose: deep notes of toasted sugar, dark fruit and an aged vanilla cream

Taste: hints of cherry and sweet tobacco give way to a complex flavors of oak, baking spice and a spicy cinnamon

Finish: an initial oaky-dryness presents, then fades into an oily mouthfeel, coating the palate with warm flavors of cinnamon, toasted oak and sweet leather
