Produced by Champagne Louis Roederer, this lovely 55% Chardonnay and 45% Pinot Noir Mendocino Rosé is produced méthode traditionnelle with 2 years on lees: 80% goes through malolactic fermentation, and the blend includes 15% reserve wine and 5% still red wine (for color).
