Distiller's Notes: Our 12-year-old edition, always bottled at cask strength, is a wonderfully balanced dram that boasts a smooth buttery body and rich fruity palate. Add a drop of water to release milk chocolate and vanilla notes.

Tasting Notes: Bold and beautifully rounded pallette. Vanilla and pepper notes are present alongside stewed apples, pear drops, orange marmalade and tropical fruits. A peaty embers influence a characteristically long finish which also reveals notes of liquorice, oak and salted caramel.
