Shipping
Due to the nature of the products we provide, we are restricted from shipping internationally (outside of the U.S, including APO) and to certain States. All packages containing alcohol require adult signature, without exception, so we will not ship to PO boxes or mailing centers, such as the UPS Store. This also means that you must accept and sign for your package within three delivery attempts or it will be returned to us. In the case that you are unable to accept delivery and the package is returned to us, we will either (i) refund the price of the items, less the shipping charge and a 10% restocking fee or (ii) reship the item(s) to you for an additional charge.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider and method you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight- and unit-based. Therefore, shipping rates will likely decrease on a per unit basis when purchasing more than one item.
All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Insurance is included in all shipping prices - however, it is your responsibility to file any claims for loss or damage and we do not guarantee the results of such claims.
Internet Order Processing
Internet orders are subject to credit card verification and are processed in one to three days, not inclusive of shipping days. When you place an order on our site, you acknowledge that title to items purchased transfers to you in our Illinois location at the time of order processing, and that you assume responsibility for compliance with all legal requirements for accepting title to said items.
All orders are subject to availability and limited to stock on hand. We make every effort to maintain an accurate inventory of available products, but ask for your understanding when a product or specific vintage becomes unavailable between ordering and processing. In such cases, we will gladly recommend a similar product.
Returns Policy
Returns are only permitted in the case of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. It should be noted that our Terms and Conditions clearly state that while the product you receive will match the description, vintage (if any), size, and SKU ordered, it is possible that there may be slight variations (e.g. label and bottle design) from the photo shown on our website. This variation is not sufficient to justify a refund.
Additionally, any damage during shipping to promotional packaging that may be provided by the manufacturer (e.g. a branded "gift box" or "display box") will not be a reason for a full or partial refund. More specifically, you are purchasing the product/bottle inside the promotional packaging, not the promotional packaging itself, and any promotional packaging is simply a substitute for, or augmentation to, the protective packaging that we regularly employ in shipping.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). In any case, we do not take title to returned items until an item arrives at our location.

Product Descriptions and Pricing
We endeavor to be as accurate as possible in describing our products. But, we do not warrant that product descriptions are 100% accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product we offer is not as described, your sole remedy is to return the product in new, unopened condition, subject to the limitations described in the Returns Policy section above.
Pricing is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before shipping, but only by allowing the buyer the choice to (i) approve the pricing change or (ii) cancel orders for the items which were incorrectly priced.

Disputes and Applicable Law
Any dispute or claim relating to any products sold by us or through our site will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that are permitted to assert claims in small claims court if the claims qualify. By using this site, you agree that the Federal Arbitration Act, applicable federal law, and the laws of the state of Illinois, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms and Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and The House of Glunz, Inc.
